"Impressive Customer Support"

The customer service from this company is top-notch. Being in the UK and ordering from the USA, there are plenty of chances for things to go awry, particularly with shipping. When my record got lost in transit, I received a super quick reply after I reached out to vinyl me, please. They sent out a replacement right away, and I’ve got it now. Truly fantastic service from a fantastic company.
